The Object Of This Service Contract Is The Provision Of High-Quality Osh Supervision/Coordination Services, Both During The Design And Execution Period Of The Works, As Well As Supervision During The Guarantee Period Of The Works, In Order To Monitor The Correct Use Of Available Funds And To Ensure That The Contractor Designs And Executes The Works In Accordance With The Contractual Obligations, In Particular With Regard To The Duration, Quantity, Quality And Cost Of The Design And Works. The Bidder Who Has Become A Contractor Has The Obligation To Make Available All And Any Necessary Resources Until The Final Reception Of The Investment Objective Extension Of The Subway Network Magistrala 4 Metro, Nord Station - Progresul Station Section. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 - 223 Of Law No. 98/2016 And Based On The Provisions Of The Service Contract, The Changes That Will Be Made After The Signing Of The Contract, Are Made Only Under The Conditions That They Will Not Represent Substantial Changes In The Sense Of The Provisions Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments. The Extension Of The Service Provision Period Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Service Contract.
