The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, I.E. - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, - Bill Of Quantities, - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, - Design Documentation, In The Above Documentation, The Ordering Party Has Attached The Designed Energy Performance Of The Facility .The Completed Facility Which Is The Subject Of The Order At The End Of The Investment Will Have To Obtain An Energy Efficiency Certificate Ep [Kwh/M2 X Year] ≤ 46 (Less Than Or Equal). A Multi-Family Residential Facility With 46 Residential Premises Along With Parking Spaces And Accompanying Infrastructure. The Designed Building Is In Use Will Be A Multi-Family Residential Building. The Functional Layout Includes: - A Zone Intended For Permanent Stay Of People - Residential Premises (Ground Floor, 1St Floor, 2Nd Floor, 3Rd Floor) - Two Staircases With Elevators - Technical Rooms On The Ground Floor (Stroller/Bicycle Room) - Electrical Switchboard Room On The Ground Floor Of The Building - Gas Boiler Room With Access From The Outside On The Ground Floor Of The Building.
