Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Personal Training And Service During The Warranty Period - Magnetic Resonance Imaging System With A Magnetic Field Intensity Of At Least 3 Tesla - According To Specifications And Technical Specifications. Note: The Technical Requirements Defined At The Level Of The Participation Notice , Specifications Or Other Complementary Documents, The Submission Of Standards To A Specific Manufacturer, To Brands, Patents, Types, To An Origin Or To A Specific Production/Method Of Manufacturing/Providing/Execution, Will Be Understood As Being Accompanied By The Mention Or Equivalent. The Deadline For Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Personal Training Is A Maximum Of 60 Days From The Receipt Of The Order From The Contracting Authority. The Training Of The User Personnel Will Be Mandatory Within A Maximum Of 15 Calendar Days From The Commissioning Of The Device. A Product Is Considered Delivered When All Activities Under The Contract Have Been Completed And The Product/Equipment Is Installed, Operating To Agreed Parameters And Accepted By The Contracting Authority/Entity. The Products Will Be Delivered In Quantity And Quality To The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority/Entity. Each Product Will Be Accompanied By All Sub-Assemblies/Component Parts Necessary For Commissioning And Maintenance. The Minimum Warranty Period Granted To The Equipment Is 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Product. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers/Candidates 20 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
