The Subject Of The Order Is The Fumigation And Impregnation Of Two Architectural Objects On The Premises Of The Masovian Village Museum In Sierpc, Entered Into The Museum Inventory: 1) Outbuilding From Rzeszotar Zawad, Inventory No. - Mwm/O 132) Barn From Rębów, Inventory No. - Mwm/ O 212. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 9 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Specified Guidelines And Instructions Of The Employers Designated Representative.3. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, This Means, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And 6 Of The Act That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way And Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Offers And Indicates Below The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence: 1) The Ordering Party Expects To Propose Solutions With Equivalent Parameters, I.E. Not Worse Than The Parameters Characterized By The Material, Device, Elements Indicated In This Swz, 2) The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Requirements To Be Met By Equivalent Offers Are Requirements Not Worse Than The Parameters Indicated In Annex. No. 9 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Services Provided Which Are The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Contract, And In The Event Of Defects, The Date Of Their Removal Is The Date Of Completion Of The Works Covered By The Order. The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is Also A Criterion For Evaluating Offers With A Weight Of 40% And Will Be Assessed In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Point 20 Of The Tor. 5.
