Tenders Are Invited For Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Tnw_St. Joseph-Krankenhaus Ggmbh_Development And Implementation Of A Structural Target Planning For The St. Joseph Hospital In Prüm_Arch
Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Tnw_St. Joseph-Krankenhaus Ggmbh_Development And Implementation Of A Structural Target Planning For The St. Joseph Hospital In Prüm_Arch. Initial Situation: The St. Joseph Hospital In Prüm Was Built At Its Current Location 40 Years Ago. Since Then, No Significant Measures Have Been Taken To Change Or Maintain The Inventory. The Current Care Order Is As Follows: Internal Medicine 55 Beds, Of Which 5 Beds Are Palliative Medicine Surgery 44 Beds Geriatrics 37 Beds Intensive Care 6 Beds Ophthalmology 6 Beds (Attendant Department) Gynecology 2 Beds (Attendant Department) Total Number Of Beds 150 Beds Some Time Ago, The Ministry In... Mainz Planned A Construction Project For The Operating Area. A Renovation Of The Existing Building Should Be Carried Out. After It Was Determined At The End Of Service Phase 3 Last Year That The Renovation Of The Existing Building Did Not Make Sense, It Was Agreed That The Construction Of A New Operating Area Should Be Undertaken Instead. In This Context, The Hospital Operator Was Also Asked To Develop A Structural Target Plan For The Location. The Space Program Coordinated With The Ministry Is Part Of The Tender. The Same Applies To The Current Fire Protection Concept. At The Same Time, The Care Mandate Of The St. Joseph Hospital And The Hospital Landscape In The Eifel As A Whole Have Changed Recently. A Few Years Ago, The Hospital Received An Ophthalmology Department And Last Year The Planned Number Of Geriatric Beds Was Increased From 25 Out Of 37 Beds. The Hospital Planning Activities Have Not Yet Been Structurally Implemented To Date. At The Same Time, The Number Of Outpatients And Inpatients Has Changed Massively Due To The Closure Of Hospital Locations In The Eifel. These Effects Must Be Taken Into Account When Creating Target Planning. The Status Of The Discussion With The Ministry On Individual Aspects Of The Target Planning Is Presented Below For Further Information: - Operating Room Area A New Central Operating Room With 2 Rooms Of Room Class 1A And An Aemp Is To Be Built. It Is Important To Ensure That Proximity To The Intensive Care Unit Is Guaranteed. - Geriatrics The New Planned Number Of Beds Cannot Be Implemented In The Existing Building. Therefore, The Construction Of A New Geriatric Ward With 37 Beds Is Planned. Ideally, There Will Be Synergies With The New Building Of The Central Operating Room. - Wards Leading To Beds A Concept For The Renovation Of The Existing Building Needs To Be Developed Here. A Comparative Consideration Of The New Construction Of The Other Wards With Beds (In Addition To The Geriatric Ward) Is Expressly Desired. - Ophthalmology The Required Functional Areas For The Operation Of Ophthalmology Must Be Presented. - Central Emergency Room A Central Emergency Room That Meets The Increased Requirements Must Be Created. The New, Upcoming Concepts For An Inz (Integrated Emergency Center) Must Also Be Taken Into Account. The Reallocation Of The Current Operating Area Is Conceivable. - Same-Day Surgery Um
