The Subject Of The Open Procedure Is The Selection Of Contractors For A Public Order For Delivery Of Veterinary Medicinal Products, Instruments And Consumables, Veterinary Medical Equipment, Consumables And Devices For Capturing Animals For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Varna By Specific Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Delivery Of Veterinary Medicinal Products, Tools And Consumables For The Needs Of The Municipal Shelter For Stray Dogs - Kamenar Village - Up To Bgn 65,000 Excluding Vat; Separate Position No. 2: Delivery Of Veterinary Medical Equipment For The Needs Of The Municipal Shelter For Stray Dogs - Kamenar Village - Up To Bgn 20,000 Excluding Vat; Separate Item No. 3: Delivery Of Veterinary Medical Supplies And Devices For Catching Dogs For The Needs Of The Municipal Shelter For Homeless Dogs - Kamenar Village - Up To Bgn 10,000 Without Vat Included; Separate Position No. 4: Supply Of Veterinary Medicinal Products, Tools And Consumables For The Needs Of The Municipal Enterprise Zoopark-Sc - Varna - Up To Bgn 40,000 Excluding Vat; Separate Item No. 5: Delivery Of Veterinary Medical Equipment For The Needs Of The Municipal Enterprise Zoopark-Sc - Varna - Up To Bgn 30,000 Excluding Vat; Separate Position No. 6: Delivery Of Veterinary Medical Supplies And Devices For Catching Animals For The Needs Of The Municipal Enterprise Zoopark-Sc - Varna - Up To Bgn 15,000 Excluding Vat. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop And In Connection With Art. 7 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Will Assign The Execution Of The Supplies Under Separate Item No. 2 And Separate Item No. 6 In The Order Of Their Individual Value - Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of Zop. The Separation Of These Positions Was Carried Out In The Presence Of The Required Conditions, According To The Provision Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop. In Implementation Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Ppa, The Residual Value (Being An Estimated Value For The Remaining 4 Separate Items - In The Amount Of Bgn 145,000 Excluding Vat, Given Their Size And The Total Value Of The Order, Is Awarded With This Public Procurement By Conducting An Open Procedure Under The Ppa. Bidders May Submit Bids Only For Special Items Nos. 1, 3, 4 And 5.
