Tax compliant certificate. the causes of non-responsive offers: Tenders from the following tenderers shall be treated as NON-RESPONSIVE and therefore subject to automatic disqualification: A tender from a tenderer whose ongoing project(s) is/are behind schedule and without any approved extension of time. A tender from a tenderer who has been served with a default notice on ongoing project(s) or terminated in a Government contract/ NGO contract. A tender from a tenderer with ongoing projects exceeding four(4) in number, regardless of the total value of the outstanding works. specific clauses and response process: Tdh is allowed to attribute the overall Purchase per lot to a single contractor or several, dividing the works per lot, whichever is considered more efficient for Tdh. and placed in the tender box located at the offices of Tdh Tyre before or not later than the 27/09/2024- at 2.00 pm hours. Submitted tender documents shall be opened publicly soon after the above stated closing date and time in the DO office in Tyre and in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted or opened.
