Tenders Are Invited For Astronomical And Optical Instruments – Modular Ground Station System For Optical Communication For The Needs Of The Croqci Project
Astronomical And Optical Instruments – Modular Ground Station System For Optical Communication For The Needs Of The Croqci Project. The Subject Of Procurement Is: Modular Earth Station System For Optical Communication For The Needs Of The Croqci Project. The Supplier Undertakes To Announce In Writing The Delivery Of The Procurement Item No Later Than 30 Days Before The Delivery And Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment And Procurement Item. The Supplier Is Fully Responsible For The Transport, Delivery, Installation And Full Functioning Of The Purchased Item. The System Must Be New And Unused. Quantitative Acceptance Of Procurement Items Will Be Performed By The Ordering Party, According To Tech. Spec And The Suppliers Cost Sheet. In The Event That, When Taking Over The Procurement Item, It Is Determined That There Is A Shortage In Quantity Or That The Name Does Not Correspond To The Ordered Item, Or In The Event That There Is Any Shortage Of The Procurement Item, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Draw Up A Record Of The Established Fact And Submit It, Signed And Certified, Within 10 Days Of Receipt. To The Supplier For Complaints And For The Purpose Of Eliminating Defects. The Supplier Undertakes To Correct, Remove Or Compensate For The Observed Defect Within 10 Days From The Day Of Receipt Of The Written Notification At The Latest. In The Event That The Customer Asserts That The Quality Of The Delivered Item Of Procurement Does Not Correspond To The Quality Of The One Offered, According To The Suppliers Offer And The Requirements From Tech. Spec., The Customer Will Notify The Supplier In Writing At Any Time For The Purpose Of Complaints And Elimination Of Defects. The Supplier Undertakes To Replace The Defective Part Of The Procurement Item Within 10 Days At The Latest From The Day Of Receipt Of The Written Complaint Notification. If The Supplier Does Not Remedy The Defects Within The Specified Period, The Client Can Unilaterally Terminate The Contract Based On A Simple Written Statement And Collect A Guarantee For Proper Performance, Request Compensation For Damages And The Payment Of A Contractual Penalty. The Client Will Take Over The Procurement Item Only If It Is In Accordance With The Prescribed Elements In Tech. Spec., For Each Of The Parts Of The Procurement Object. If The Supplier Does Not Complete The Entire Delivery Of The Procurement Item Within The Agreed Term, The Customer Has The Right To Decide At His Sole Choice Whether To Unilaterally Terminate The Contract Based On A Simple Written Statement Or To Grant The Supplier An Additional Deadline For The Delivery Of The Procurement Item. If The Customer Decides To Terminate The Contract, He Is Authorized To Collect A Guarantee For The Orderly Fulfillment Of The Contract And Request Compensation From The Supplier For Damages Directly Caused By Non-Fulfillment Of The Contract. If The Customer Decides To Grant The Supplier An Additional Deadline For Delivery, He Reserves The Right To A Contractual Penalty. The Client Is Authorized To Independently Determine The Duration Of The Approved Additional Term For The Delivery Of The Procurement Item And Is Obliged To Inform The Supplier About This In Writing. If The Supplier Does Not Complete The Entire Delivery Of The Procurement Item Even Within The Approved Additional Period, The Customer Can Unilaterally Terminate The Contract Based On A Simple Written Statement, In Which Case The Customer, In Addition To The Right To Charge A Contract
