Regulating And Controlling Instruments And Apparatus – Integrated Smart Control Of Small Houses. The Objective Of An Innovation Procurement Is To Create A Market-Driven Development. The Current Procurement Concerns An Integrated System For Smart Control Of Energy Use For Energy-Efficient Single-Family Houses. The Procurement Primarily Concerns New Detached Houses, But The Solution Must In The Future Be Developed To Also Be Used In Existing Detached Houses. The New Systems For Integrated Smart Control Must Be Able To Be Produced And Assembled In A Rational Way, Be Cost-Effective And Have A Low Environmental Impact From A Life-Cycle Perspective. The Systems Must Also Be Robust, Which Means Low Maintenance Requirements And Low Risk Of Damage. The Supplier Or Suppliers Of Systems For Integrated Smart Control Of Single-Family Houses That The Customer Group Selects During This Innovation Procurement Will, In The Next Stage Of The Project, Get To Install A Prototype Of Their System In A Demonstration House. The Purpose Of It Is To Verify All The Functions Of The System(S) In Reality. However, A Prerequisite For The Testing Of Prototype(S) Is That The Energy Agency Grants Funds For Such Testing. This Innovation Procurement Will Contribute To The Development And Market Introduction Of Integrated Smart Control Of Single-Family Homes. These Systems Must Contribute To: 1. Reduced Power Use In Single-Family Homes 2. More Efficient Energy Use In Single-Family Homes 3. Maintained Or Increased Comfort For Affected Single-Family Home Owners 4. Lower Operating Costs For Affected Single-Family Home Owners 5. Lower Climate Impact Thanks To Lower Energy Use In Single-Family Homes The Current Innovation Procurement Includes A Complete System For Smart Control Of Energy Use In Newly Built Detached Houses. In The Future, The Systems Must Be Able To Be Developed For Application In Existing Single-Family Houses As Well. The Tender Must Include Reporting On The System For Integrated Smart Control Of Detached Houses In Accordance With The Requirements Specification (Appendix A) And The Production Of A Prototype Ready For Full-Scale Production. There Is No Fee For Submitting A Tender In This Innovation Procurement. However, Participation Provides Other Benefits Such As: • Winning Companies Will Be At The Forefront Of Their Industry And Become Known For Their Work With Sustainable Solutions. • If The Swedish Energy Agency Grants Funds For Testing, The Winner Will Get To Install The Developed System For Integrated Smart Control In A Demonstration House. • Through The Customer Group For Energy-Efficient Single-Family Houses (Besmå), A Large Part Of The Countrys Single-Family House Manufacturers With A Focus On Energy-Efficient Houses Are Reached. • Members Of The Customer Group (Small House Manufacturers) Will Work For The Use And Increased Spread Of The Control System. • Both The Client Group And The Energy Agency Will Spread Information Via Articles In The Trade Press, Social Media, Etc. About The Winning Product(S). The Swedish Energy Agency Cooperates With Corresponding Authorities In Other European Countries In The Field Of Innovation Procurement. The Result From The Project Will Thus Also Be Spread Internationally, Which Can Give The Opportunity To Reach Other Markets As Well.
