The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance The Contract In Whole Or In Part Were Not Granted To It, And The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure On This Basis Was Provided For In The Contract Notice - In The Procedure Conducted Under Open Tender – Art. 257 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.
