Telecommunications Services - Provision Of Telecommunications Services For The Needs Of The Medical University Of Wrocław And The University Clinical Hospital In Wrocław, Including The Lease Of The Telecommunications System, Technical Service, System Expansion, Maintenance Works Throughout The Duration Of The Contract And Training In The Operation, Management And Operation Of The Central System. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Telecommunications Services For The Needs Of The Medical University Of Wrocław (Umw) And The University Clinical Hospital In Wrocław (Usk), Together With The Lease Of The Telecommunications System, Technical Service, System Expansion, Maintenance Works Throughout The Duration Of The Contract And Training In The Field Operation, Management And Operation Of The Central System. 1.1. The Provision Of Telecommunications Services While Maintaining The Existing Numbering Includes: - Group Calls (Calls Between Numbers Belonging To The Ordering Party In Different Locations), Zonal, Long-Distance, Domestic Mobile Calls - Free Of Charge As Part Of The Subscription, - International Calls To The European Union Up To 90 Minutes Per Month - Without -Paid As Part Of The Subscription;  Other Calls (E.G. International Calls To Countries Outside The European Union Or To Hotline Numbers) - According To The Operators Public Tariff Or At Prices Lower Than The Operators Public Tariff;  Providing Telephone Services For Analog Trunk Lines And Isdn Lines Located At The Ordering Partys Locations In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Swz (701 Pots Lines In The Centrex System And Dsl 4Mbit/S And Bdi 100/100Mbit/S Lines With A Firewall Service),  Ensuring The Current Operation Emergency Number Services On The Number 71 874 19-91 For Subscribers Calling From The City And 19-91 For Subscribers Calling From An Internal Line, Along With The Function Of Storing Calls Recorded On This Number (Service 1 X Innet_Recording And 1 X Innet_Premium),  Will Transfer The Ordering Partys Telephone Lines To The Indicated Locations After Prior Technical Verification, At The Ordering Partys Request And At The Contractors Expense. 1.2. The Lease Of The System Includes The Lease Of A Telephone Exchange With The Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With All Necessary Components, Such As: System Telephones, Analog Telephones, Telephone Operators Advice, Administrators Position, Energy Plant Supplying The Main Module Along With All Devices Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Offered System. System. 1.3. The Contractor Will Deliver, Install And Launch The Telecommunications System In The Premises Of The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Task Of The System Will Be To Provide And Provide Telecommunications Services With The Need To Implement Management, Tariffication, Statistics And Archiving Functions. 1.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order). 1.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Devices Included In The Subject Of The Order Be Admitted To Trading In The Territory Of Poland. 1.6. The Product Name Used By The Ordering Party Indicates Only The Functional, Utility And Quality Standard Required For The Product. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 6 Pzp, Allows The Possibility Of Providing An Equivalent Assortment, Compatible With The Office
