Palade Targu Mures) Is Launching The Procedure For Awarding A Contract For The Public Procurement Of Works, With The Object Design, Technical Assistance And Execution Of Works Related To The Objective Of Investments: Ergopolis University Technical Education Campus, Consisting Of The Following: - Design Services: The Documentation For Obtaining The Town Planning Certificate, The Technical Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals/Agreements/Authorizations, Including The Fire Safety Scenario, As Well As Any Other Studies, Expertise And/Or Documents Requested By The Urban Planning Certificate, The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Dtac Construction Works, The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Organization Of The Dtoe Works, The Project Of The Burglar Alarm System In Order To Obtain The Ipj Opinion, The Technical Project Of Execution, Details Of Execution, Specifications, Estimates, Lists With Quantities Of Works, Including For The Organization Of The Site, The General Graph Of The Investment, The As Built Project, The Updated General Estimate At The End Of The Works From Which The Final Value Of The Executed Works Can Be Found, The Documentation Regarding Operation, Repair, Maintenance, Monitoring Of The Behavior Over Time And Post-Use Of The Construction; - Project Management For The Investment Objective From The Executor; The Contractor Will Appoint A Representative As Contract/Project Manager Who Will Communicate Directly With The Contracting Authority. The Contract/Project Manager Will Ensure The Project Management For The Investment Objective Within The Contract. - Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works; Technical Assistance From The Designer Will Be Provided Throughout The Execution Of The Works. During The Warranty Period, The Designer Will Provide Technical Assistance As Needed Without Additional Costs. -Execution Of Works Related To The Ergopolis University Technical Education Campus Investment Objective Composed Of C1-Camin And Canteen And C2- Technical University Education The Execution Of The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Normative Acts, The Technical-Economic Regulations In The Field And The Approved Technical Project. When Carrying Out The Works, Only Approved Materials Will Be Used, According To The National Regulations In Force, As Well As National Legislation And Standards, Harmonized With Eu Legislation. These Materials Will Be In Accordance With The Provisions Of Gd No. 766/1997 For The Approval Of Some Regulations Regarding Quality In Constructions, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Hg No. 668/2017 Regarding The Establishment Of Conditions For The Sale Of Construction Products And Law No. 10/1995 Regarding Quality In Construction, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions.
