Upon Approval Of The Master Planner/Developer, Qualified Firm (S) Are To Manage The Operation And Maintenance Of The Recreation/Mixed-Use Facilities Through A Ground Lease Agreement With Macon-Bibb County. Qualified Firms Must Demonstrate Proven Expertise To Include But Not Limited To Recreation Facility Planning, Environment Impact Assessment, Operations Management, Community Outreach, Recreation Program Assessment, Financial Analysis, Project Delivery, And Organizational Analysis.
