Printing Paper – Supply Of Office Paper For The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is The Supply Of Three Types Of Office Paper In A4 Formats (Quality A, B And C) And One Type Of Office Paper In A3 Formats (Quality A) For Printing And Copying Equipment According To The Specification See Below (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Goods) And The Provision Related Services. The Technical Specification Of The Goods Is Set Out In The Procurement Documentation And Also In The Annex To The Binding Draft Framework Agreement No. 2 - Specification Of The Goods. The Supplier Is Entitled To Offer Several Paper Alternatives Meeting The Required Technical Parameters Within The Individual Categories Of Office Paper (I.E. A4-1, A4-2, A4-3, A3-1), Which Will Be Supplied Within That Category, Provided That The Price It Will Always Be Uniform For All Variants Of Supplied Office Paper Within The Relevant Category. In The Event Of An Offer Of Several Alternatives Of Office Paper Meeting The Technical Parameters Required Within That Category, The Supplier Will Accordingly Modify The Attachment Of The Binding Sample Of Draft Framework Agreement No. 2 - Product Specification, By Inserting A New Column In The Relevant Table Of The Attachment. The Supplied Office Paper Must Be Provided With The Eu Ecolabel (Ecolabel), Proving That All The Criteria For Awarding The Eu Ecolabel (Ecolabel) Were Met During The Production Of The Office Paper. The Supplier Is Entitled To Prove The Fulfillment Of The Criteria For The Award Of The Eu Ecolabel (Ecolabel) With Another Suitable Label Certifying That The Supplied Office Paper Meets Equivalent Requirements.
