The Order Includes Delivery Of 2 New 12+/-1 Meter Electric Buses, Delivery And Installation Of 2 Charging Stations For Them, As Well As An Obligation For The Contractor To Register The Buses At The Traffic Police - Gabrovo On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority. The Scope Of Activities Also Includes: Provision Of Warranty Support And Service Within The Warranty Period Under The Conditions Specified In The Documentation Of This Procedure; Training Of The Contractors Personnel, Immediately After Receiving The Buses - Driver Instructors - 3 People; Drivers – 4 People; Service Workers - Min. 4 People. The Minimum Requirements Regarding The Type, Technical Data And Characteristics Of Electric Buses And Charging Stations That The Contractor Should Deliver Are Detailed In The Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To The Option Of Supplying Additional Quantities Of Buses And Charging Stations And/Or Buses And/Or Charging Stations, Of The Type/Brand/Model Specified In The Technical Proposal Of The Contractor, According To The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Can Realize Its Right To An Option For Additional Quantities, In The Event That Financing Is Secured, Within The Period Provided For Delivery Under The Main Contract, By Notifying The Contractor In Writing Of Its Desire To Exercise The Option For Additional Deliveries. The Option For Additional Quantities/Numbers Is Realized When The Parties Conclude An Additional Agreement To The Contract On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. In The Additional Agreement, The Quantity And Type That The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Is Regulated.
