The Purpose Of Which Is To Carry Out Work Related To The Renovation Of The 5Th Stage Blades Of The Low-Pressure Rotors Of A Total Of 1,744 K-220-44 Steam Turbines Of The Mvm Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt. (Bidder, Customer) Within The Framework Of A Contractor Framework Contract (Quantity Framework Contract). The Customer Undertakes To Call 70% Of The 1,744 Units (Framework Quantity) Within The Framework Of The Framework Contract. I. Technical Data Of Turbines And Turbine Blades: • Turbine Type: K-220-44-3M And K-220-44-1M • Drawing Number Of Turbine Blades: Odd Steam Flow Blade: B-482-20-14, • Drawing Number Of Turbine Blades : Double Steam Flow Vane: B-482-20-23, • The Vanes Operate On The Last, 5Th Stage Of The Low-Pressure Rotor, • The Material Of The Vanes: 15H11mf-S, With A Carbon Content Of 0.12-0.19 %, • The Active Length Of The Vanes : 1030 Mm, The Enclosure Dimensions: 1120 X 250 X 130 Mm, • The Outer Diameter Of The Stage Is 3570 Mm, • The Nominal Speed Of The Turbines: 3000 Rpm, • Peripheral Speed At The End Of The Blades Is Mach 1.7, • The Low-Pressure Turbine 5Th Stage Moisture Content Of Incoming Steam 5.6% • Base Surfaces For Determining The Geometry And Checking The Finished Dimensions - Pine Frost Upper Groove Lower Surface, - Blade Root Outlet Front Surface. Ii. Tasks To Be Performed By The Contractor: The Contractor Must Perform According To The Customers Requests. In The Given Call, The Customer States To The Contractor That The Following 1-5. The Contractor Shall Ensure The Delivery Of The Blades Installed By The Customer From The Paks Nuclear Power Plant To The Contractors Site And From The Contractors Site To The Paks Nuclear Power Plant, Using The Dap Paks Freight Rate. Renovation Of Low-Pressure 5Th-Stage Even And Odd Steam-Flow Impellers With Eroded Leading Edge And Eroded Bandage Lower Surface Provided By The Customer, Erosion-Resistant Leading Edge, Radius Transition Surface Under Bandage, And Stellite Of The Left Side (Narrower Part) Surface Of The Bandage End On The Leading Edge Side Of The Blades With Its Surface Protection. The Eroded Leading Edge Of The Blades Must Be Renewed By Welding Stellite 6B Plate, From The Bottom Of The Blade Bandage To A Minimum Length Of 305 Mm. Max. Under The Blade Bandage. The Transition Section With A Radius Of 6 Mm (The V Incision Location) Must Be Provided With Stellite Overlay Welding On The Leading Edge And Next To It On Both Sides Of The Blade String Approx. 25 Mm Long. The Stellite Surface Protection Of The Lower And Side Surfaces Of The Left (Narrower Part) Of The Bandage End On The Leading Edge Side Of The Blades Must Be Formed (Stellite Overlay Welding) Min. 25 - Max. 30 Mm Long. During The Above Renovations, The Geometry Corresponding To The Original Blade Must Be Restored While Observing The Tolerances Specified Below. The Contractor Must Carry Out A Dimensional Check Of All The Blades Used
