Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Specialized Laboratory Equipment The Order Is Divided Into 4 Separate Positions For The Purchase Of Specialized Laboratory Equipment For The Needs Of The University Of Chemical Technology And Metallurgy, Sofia: Separate Item #1: Analytical Balance With Density Determination Kit Separate Item No. 2: Sieve Machine With A Set Of Bottom, Lid And Sieves Featured Item #3: Ball Mill With Porcelain Jar And Ball Mill Set Separate Item #4: Vertical Universal Friction And Wear Tester With Computer Control (Tribotester) Delivery, Installation, And Commissioning Of The Equipment Described In The Respective Separate Items Are Foreseen. Warranty Period And Warranty Maintenance: The Equipment Warranty Period For Specific Items #1, 2, 3 Is A Minimum Of 2 (Two) Years, And For Specific Item #4 Is A Minimum Of 1 (One) Year. The Contractor Ensures, At His Own Expense And Risk, The Performance Of The Warranty Maintenance And Service Of The Delivered Equipment Within The Warranty Period, At The Place Of The Contracting Authority, Or, If Necessary, At A Service Indicated By The Contractor. Warranty Service And Service Covers Periodic Maintenance (Prevention And The Materials And Consumables Required For It, Depending On The Instructions Of The Manufacturer), Removal Of All Technical Malfunctions By Own Forces And Means, Which Occurred Through No Fault Of The Employer, As Well As Free Replacement Of All Worn And/Or Defective Parts Of The Delivered Equipment, As Well As Removal Of Hidden Defects Of The Equipment Within The Warranty Period.
