Electric Vehicles – Provision Of Electric Minibuses For Students For The Project Improving Transport Conditions For Students In Botoșani County, Through The Purchase Of Green School Minibuses, Financed By The National Recovery And Resilience Plan, Pillar Vi. Policies For The New Generation, Component C15: Education. As Part Of This Contract, A Number Of 10 Electric Minibuses Will Be Purchased, With A Capacity Of 16 Seats, Of Which 1 Seat Is For People With Disabilities (Within The 16 Seats, One Must Be Arranged For People With Disabilities) + 1 Seat For The Driver. The Electric Minibuses That Will Be Purchased Under This Procedure Are Part Of The M2 Or M3 Category, Which Has A Transport Capacity Of 16 People, Excluding The Drivers Seat, According To The Requirements Of The Specifications. The Offered Electric Minibus Must Be Part Of The Series Production And Must Not Present Inferior Characteristics To Those Usually Manufactured By The Manufacturer. The Minibus Purchased Must Be New, When Used For The First Time. They Will Be Intended For School Transport, Complying With The Provisions Of Directive 2009/33/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 23, 2009 On The Promotion Of Non-Polluting And Energy-Efficient Road Transport Vehicles And In Regulation No. 51 Of 2007 Of The United Nations Economic Commission For Europe (Unece). The 16+1-Seater Electric Minibuses, Related To This Award Procedure, Will Be Structured With A Single Section (Non-Articulated And Without A Floor) And Will Be Equipped With Facilities For The Access Of People With Reduced Mobility (Ramp And/Or Other Specific Equipment). Also, They Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Standardization Documents In Force, With The National And International Regulations Regarding The Technical Conditions That Must Be Met By Road Vehicles, In Order To Be Able To Drive On Public Roads In Romania: # Regulation Regarding Type Approval And Issuing The Book Of Identity Of Road Vehicles, As Well As The Type Approval Of The Products Used In Them, According To Law No. 230/2003 For The Approval Of Government Ordinance No. 78/2000 And Orders No. 2132/2005-Rntr 7, No. 2224/2020-Rntr 2 And No. 2135/2005-Rntr 4, With All Subsequent Amendments And Additions. # Unece Regulations (United Nations Economic Commission For Europe) And Ec-Eec Directives (European Economic Community) To Which Romania Has Acceded, Respectively The Romanian Legislation In Force, With All Subsequent Amendments And Additions.
