The Charging Infrastructure For Fully Electric And Plug-In Hybrid Vehicles Is Primarily Set Up By The Client For Company Vehicles. The Charging Stations Are Also Used For Private Charging. The Parking Spaces Are Not Open To The Public. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Development And Operation Of A Charging Infrastructure At The Clients Administrative Locations. The Aim Is To Commission A Holistic Solution Provider Who Delivers, Assembles, Installs, Puts Into Operation The Necessary Hardware, Takes Over Operational Management And Keeps It Available For The Duration Of The Contract. For This Purpose, The Client Makes A Binding Order For A Total Of 125 22 Kw Ac Charging Points And 5 50 Kw Dc Fast Chargers As Double Chargers. In Addition, The Client Is Currently Assuming An Additional Optional Number Of 22 Kw Ac Or Dc Charging Points Amounting To 116, As Well As A Further 5 50 Kw Dc Fast Chargers As Double Chargers. The Order Contains Framework Contractual Elements. The Client Reserves The Right To Increase The Number Of Mandatory And Optionally Available Charging Points To The Following Upper Limits: 22 Kw Ac Charging Points: 150, 50 Kw Dc Fast Charger Charging Points As Double Chargers: 12, 22 Kw Ac Or Dc Charging Points: 140. On Individual Charging Stations From Various Manufacturers Are Already In Use At The Clients Pilot Locations. The Contractor Must Integrate This Into The Charging Infrastructure And Take Over Its Operational Management. The Contractor Receives A Construction And Operational Management Fee, So That It Is Considered A Service Contract And Not A Service Concession.
