Tenders are invited for Construction of Ground Level Water Tank with Associated Works Closing Date: 15th August, 2024 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: LOT - 1 DESCRIPTION OF WORKS - CONSTRUCTION OF GROUND LEVEL WATER TANK WITH ASSOCIATED WORKS CLASSIFICATION - D1KI TENDER SECURITY - GHS50,000.00 IFT REF. NUMBER - GFZA/NCT/WATER-UNDER/IFE-KFW/2024 Additional Information: 1.The Government of the Republic of Ghana, acting through the Ghana Free Zones Authority (the Employer), has received a Grant financing from the Facility investing for Employment(IFE),which is an investment facility created by Kfw Development Bank(kfw) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development(BMZ) as an integral part of the Special Initiative Decent Work for a Just Transition , towards the cost of the following Project ENHANCING WATER AND SEWAGE SYSTEM AT THE TEMA ENCLAVE and intends to apply part of this budget to payments under this Agreement Number IFE-09-REG-C1-1568. Any payments made under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the funding and the conditions to the disbursement of funding. No party other than the Government and the Employer shall derive any rights from the funding or have any claim to the proceeds of the funding. 2.The GHANA FREE ZONES AUTHORITY invites sealed Tenders from eligible contractor for the procurement of above projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003(Act 663), Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016(Act 914), and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana. 3.A contractor will be selected under a competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure, which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh. 4.The Works and the Contract expected to be awarded under this IFT is: CONSTRUCTION OF GROUND LEVEL WATER TANK WITH ASSOCIATED WORKS and the duration of the works is Eight (8) months from the date of commencement. 5.Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Documents may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the following address GHANA FREE ZONES AUTHORITYS HEAD OFFICE, from 8.30AM 4.30PM each working days. 6.A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from GHANA FREE ZONES AUTHORITYS HEAD OFFICE, from 8.30AM 4.30PM each working days. 5th link road, Cantonments-Accra by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ghc500.00.
