The Selected Tenderer Will Be Engaged In The Tasks Of: • Formation Of The Project Team And Definition Of Responsibilities, • Participation In All Coordination Meetings In Accordance With The Dynamics Of Their Holding (At Least Once A Month, And More Often If Necessary), Which Will Be Held At The Clients Address For The Purpose Of Monitoring The Implementation Of Activities , • Downloading And Electronic Documenting Of Project Documentation (Scanning) Once A Month At The Clients Address, • Defining A Detailed Plan Of Activities And Cash Flow, • Communication Activities Internally Towards The Client (Project User) And Externally Towards Intermediary Bodies (Pt1- Mzo), • Support Of The Project To The Clients Team - Interpretation Of Procedures And Instructions For Project Implementation, • Support In Managing Project Management Activities According To The Approved Contract, • Support In Risk Management, • Support In Financial Management And Cash Flow Planning, • Implementation Of The Procedure For Subsequent Changes In The Project Budget, The So-Called Repurposing Of Funds, • Preparation Of The Notice Of Minor Changes, • Preparation Of All Necessary Documentation For Amendments To The Contract, • Administrative Management And Electronic Documentation And Archiving Of Project Documentation, • Submission Of All Necessary Reports And Requests For Reimbursement Of Funds To Intermediary Bodies During Project Implementation, Including And The Final Report, • Giving Detailed Instructions For The Sustainability Of The Project After Implementation And Reporting To The Contracting Authorities, • Ensuring The Visibility Of The Project In Accordance With The Prescribed Information And Visibility Measures, • Communication With An Independent Audit Company That Will Perform A Financial Audit And Control The Use Of Approved Funds At The End Of The Project; With Approval And Cooperation With The Client, • Technical Assistance In The Process Of Preparing Responses, Clarifications And Additions To The Request Of The Competent Authority, As Well As The Preparation Of Possible Appeals And Objections To The Decisions Of The Competent Authority, • Administrative Control Of The Realization Of Procurement Contracts, • Archiving Of Documentation From Procurement Procedures And Others Administrative Tasks Depending On The Needs Of The Project, • Creation Of A Procurement Plan For The Needs Of Project Implementation And Its Updating, • Changes To The Procurement Plan In Accordance With Notifications On Minor Changes And Repurposing Of Funds, • Preparation Of All Documentation For Bidding And Implementation Of Procurement For The Needs Of Project Implementation In Accordance With The Law On Public Procurement , • Publication And Monitoring Of Procurement Implementation (Drafting Of Tender Documentation Supplements, Responses To Bidders Inquiries, Participation In The Work Of The Evaluation Committee, Making Decisions, Drafting R
