Drinking-Water Treatment Plant Construction Work - Design And Execution Of Works - Bh Cl 1 - Rehabilitation Of Plant 5 Oradea. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Design And Execution Services For The Oradea Zonal Water Supply System (Bh-Cl-1), Rehabilitation Of Plant 5, According To The Specifications In The Specifications. The Duration Of Design And Execution - Is 15 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Work Start Orders + Defect Notification Period/Warranty Period: At Least 36 Months Or 48/60 Months. The Works Include: A) Construction Works. B) Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment. C) Testing And Commissioning. D) Fixing Any Defects That Appeared During The Minimum 36-Month Or 48/60-Month Warranty Period. E) Training Of The Beneficiarys And/Or Operators Staff. The Duration Of The Contract For The Design And Execution Of The Works Is 15 (Fifteen) Months, To Which Is Added The Defect Notification Period/Warranty Period: At Least 36 Months Or 48/60 Months. According To The General Estimate Regarding The Expenses Necessary To Realize The Entire Regional Project, Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses In The Amount Of 15,039,943 Lei Were Not Included In The Estimated Value Of The Contract. Visit The Site: Bidders Are Recommended To Inspect The Project Location And Surroundings To Evaluate, On Their Own Responsibility, The Cost And Risk, The Data Necessary To Prepare The Bid. Each Interested Economic Operator Will Submit To The Contracting Entity (At The Attention Of The Uip European Funds Department (Piu@Apaoradea.Ro), No Later Than 19 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, A Letter Of Intent Regarding The Site Visit. This Will Be Submitted By E-Mail To Piu@Apaoradea.Ro. The Letter Of Intent Will Include The Names And Personal Data Of The Participants In The Visit. The Representatives Of The Economic Operators Authorized To Participate In The Visit Will Have A Written Power Of Attorney Signed By The Legal Representative. Of The Economic Operator And The Identity Card/Bulletin Or Passport, As The Case May Be. Participants Will Bear All The Necessary Expenses, Including The Means Of Transport For The Purpose Of The Visit. Failure To Fulfill This Requirement Implies The Assumption By The Economic Operator Of The Consequences Arising From The Preparation Of A Defective Offer. The Consolidated Response Will Be Posted As Follows: -Ec Will Only Respond To Requests For Clarifications Addressed Up To The 19Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers; - Ec Will Send The Consolidated Response To The Requests For Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. - The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right Not To Respond To Any Request For Clarification After The Expiration Of The Term Stipulated Above.
