SCOPE OF WORK On single-request basis, the supplier(s) will provide standard and quality medical consumables. The type of medical supplies to be provided should be appropriate to the specifications in the quotation, therefore we are asking for a full price list of all listed medical consumables to be provided by the Supplier(s). Please be aware that prices will be set at the quoted unit price of preferred vendor services with the selected Contractor (s) B. SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT The Medical Consumables supplier(s) will be expected to provide top-quality consumables that meet standard requirements. Additionally, the selected medical consumables provider must ensure timely delivery of these consumables to the FINDEF office as per the specified timeframe. The suppliers will ensure the provision of medical consumables as required by FINDEF. 1. The purchase of medical consumables should be of standard quality and meet all regulatory standards. 2. All consumables must have a sufficient shelf life. Specify that items should not be expired or near expiration at the time of delivery. 3.
