The Chain Breakthrough Project Portioning Arises From The Single Use Plastics Legislation That Came Into Effect In 2024. Parties From The Chain Such As Food Producers, Packaging Industry And Catering And Catering Entrepreneurs Came Together In The Project “Transition Of Food Supply Out Of Home Consumption”. In This Moonshot Project, Chain Parties Looked For Solutions And Better Alternatives For Plastic Single-Serve Packaging For Sauces, Bread Spreads, Dairy Products And Sweet Spreads. The Ambition Has Now Been Increased From Segmented Solutions To System Change And Thus The Realization Of Innovative Concepts For Portioning. This Project Requires A Chain Management Team That Can Create The Right Conditions So That Rvo Can Realize This Chain Of Reuse. The Chain Director Identifies Joint System Barriers And Ensures That They Are Resolved By The Right Parties. The Start Of The Tender Is Scheduled For September 2024. -
