The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work Consisting In The Construction Of A New Parking Building Parkovací Dům Skořepka In The P+R Regime For Public Parking On The Site Of The Existing Parking Lot. The Parking Garage Is Designed As A Five-Story Corner Building (Using The Last Ceiling As A Flat Roof With Additional Parking Spaces). The Proposed Layout Uses The Existing Entrance To The Parking Lot From Skořepka Street, Access To The Building Will Be From Křenová And Skořepka Streets. The Parking Garage Will Have A Capacity Of 228 Parking Spaces. As Part Of Electromobility, Preparation For The 16A/400V Connection For Possible Future Electric Chargers Will Be Implemented.
