Organization Of The Parade Organization Of The Parade - The Parade Organization Will Have The Following Obligations: Organization Of The Entire Event Before And During The Presentation; Collection Of The Authorization Declaration Form For Majors And Minors For The Catwalk Parade, Image Display And Open Parade; Art Of The Parade Poster, With Participants (Prepared By The City Halls Art Department And Approved By The Coordination) ; Meetings With The Party Coordination Regarding The Competition; Meetings With Candidates And Those Involved; 10 (Ten) Rehearsals/Meetings With Participants (May Occur More Often According To Need); Participation And Assistance In The Photo Shoot; Promotion Of The Event On Official And Private Social Networks; Rehearsal Of Children For A Cultural Presentation During The Parade Intervals, The Selection Of Children For Presentation And The Format Of The Presentation Will Be The Responsibility Of The Municipal Department Of Culture And Tourism; Access To The Stage Will Only Be Permitted For Participants And Authorities, After Express Approval From The Municipal Department Of Culture And Tourism.
