It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Support, Maintenance And Development Of Systems Obtained As Part Of The Project Increasing The Level Of Information And Cyber Security Of The Újd Sr (Contract No. 13/2022). The Subject Of The Contract Is To Ensure The Operation And Management Of The It Infrastructure And Information Systems (Hereinafter Referred To As Pit) Of The Nuclear Regulatory Authority Of The Slovak Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As Újd Sr) Based On The Agreed Target Levels Of Support Services (Serviceleveltarget - Slt). The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Following Support Services (Hereinafter Referred To As Services): 1) Service Support - Management And Resolution Of Incidents And Problems, Updates 2) Service Operational Support - Consultations, Administration, Training, 3) Service Change Support - Changes And Development Application Software Including Testing And Support During Implementation, Upgrade / Update 4) Operational Support Service - Prophylaxis, 5) Reporting/Evaluation Service. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Given In Volume 3 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of The Tender Documents.
