Location: Kigali Deadline: Friday, 02/08/2024 10:00 Bidding and tender procedures Eligibility criteria: Certification and Licensing: The supplied seeds must have the necessary certifications from relevant agricultural and seed certification authorities. Seed Quality Standards:The seeds must meet national and international quality standards, including germination rates, purity, and absence of diseases.The company must provide documented proof of seed testing and quality control measures. Experience and Expertise:The company should have a proven track record in the supply of chili seeds. Compliance with Regulations: The company must comply with local, national, and international regulations.Adherence to phytosanitary standards to prevent the spread of pests and diseases. Bid documents: Interested candidates will present their bids comprising of the following documents: Application letter addressed to DUHAMIC-ADRI executive secretary Quotation (Proposed prices with tax inclusive) Certificate of origin Phytosanitary certificate Seed laboratory test certificate Proof of using EBM Copy of trading certificate Tax clearance certificate Being ready to supply within 5 calendar days demonstrated by a commitment letter Having completed the similar activities demonstrated by 2 certificates of good completion from the recognized institutions.
