Refuse Collection Services – Providing Services Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Real Estate Inhabited In The Area Of The Dąbrowa Chełmińska Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Provision Of Collection, Transport And Management Services Of Municipal Waste Generated On Real Estate Inhabited In The Area Of The Dąbrowa Chełmińska Commune. The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Collected On All Properties Inhabited By Residents Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Dąbrowa Chełmińska Commune, As Well As Health Care, Educational And Cultural, Public Utility Facilities And The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Located In Dąbrowa Chełmińska From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2026. 2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect The Following Fractions Of Municipal Waste Directly From Residential Properties, As Well As From Pszok, Health Care, Educational, Cultural And Public Utility Facilities: 1. Mixed, Unsegregated Municipal Waste Collected In Containers; 2. Municipal Waste Collected Selectively In Containers Or Bags, Including: A) Glass, B) Paper And Cardboard, C) Plastic Packaging, Metal, Multi-Material Packaging, Provided That The Above-Mentioned Waste May Be Collected In One Bag/Container , D) Bio-Waste From Properties That Do Not Have A Composter, E) Furniture And Other Bulky Waste - From Pszok, Except That Once A Year A Mobile Collection Of Furniture And Other Bulky Waste Will Be Organized After Prior Notification By Telephone Or In Person At The Commune Office. F) Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment - From Pszok, However, Once A Year A Mobile Collection Of Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment Will Be Organized After Prior Notification By Telephone Or In Person At The Commune Office, G) Used Batteries - From The Point Of Sale, Pszok Or To Points In The Commune Indicated In The Resolution On The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Commune Of Dąbrowa Chełmińska, H) Expired Medicines - From Health Care Facilities Indicated By The Ordering Party, And In Pharmacy Points, From Pszok, I) Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Households As A Result Of Taking Medicinal Products In The Form Of Injections And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes - From Pszok, J) Construction And Demolition Waste Generated In Households (E.G. Rubble) - From Pszok, K) Chemicals And Hazardous Waste - From Pszok, L) Fluorescent Lamps And Other Waste Containing Mercury, Devices Containing Freons - From Pszok, M) Used Tires - From Pszok Or Transferred To Specialized Points Dealing With Their Collection, N) Used Batteries - From Pszok Or Transferred To Points Of Sale, O) Textile And Clothing Waste – From Pszok.
