Concession Contract, Under A Public-Private Partnership Regime, For The Conception, Design, Construction, Financing, Maintenance And Provision Of The Section Between Oiã And Soure Of The Porto-Lisbon High Speed Line (Lav) Project, Corresponding To The So-Called Ppp2.. Concession Of Railway Infrastructures For The Oiã-Soure Section. Concession Contract, Under A Public-Private Partnership Regime, For The Conception, Design, Construction, Financing, Maintenance And Provision Of The Section Between Oiã And Soure Of The Porto-Lisbon High Speed Line (Lav) Project, Corresponding To The So-Called Ppp2. The Oiã-Soure Section Corresponds To The Southern Section Of Phase 1 Of The Porto-Lisbon Lav, Which Will Have An Approximate Length Of 71 Km Of High-Speed Line And Will Include The Adaptation Of The Current Coimbra Station To The Needs Of The Av, The Quadrupling Of The Line Do Norte Between Taveiro And The South Entrance Of Coimbra Station And An Electrical Traction Substation In The Coimbra Area. It Will Also Include Single Track Connections, Uneven And In Both Directions, To The Northern Line, Totaling Approximately 34 Km In Length, To Be Implemented In The Vicinity Of Oiã, Adémia, Taveiro And Soure. The Contract To Be Signed, Under A Public-Private Partnership Regime And For A Period Of 30 Years, Includes The Following Periods: 1 - Development Period, With An Estimated Term Of 5 Years From The Date The Contract Takes Effect, Relating To The Conception, Design, Construction And Financing Of The Oiã-Soure Section; 2 - Availability Period, With An Estimated Term Of 25 Years Counted After The Conclusion Of The Development Period, Relating To The Maintenance And Availability Of Assets Conceived, Designed, Built And Financed By The Concessionaire, With The Exception Of Coimbra Station, In Section Of The Northern Line Between Taveiro And Adémia And The Track Changing Devices To Be Installed On Connections With The Northern Line, In Oiã, Adémia, Taveiro And Soure. The Values Proposed By Competitors In Their Respective Remuneration Proposals Cannot Exceed The Maximum Amount Of 1,604,296,194.12 Eur, Expressed In Val (Net Present Value), By Reference To December 2023, And Spread Over 30 Years, Which Corresponds To An Amount Of Eur 4,207,641,557.74 Expressed At Current Prices, To Which Vat Is Added At The Legal Rate In Force. For The Purposes Of The Grantors Total Charge, A Maximum Amount Of Eur 395,046,779 Is Added To This Amount, Expressed At Current Prices, Corresponding To Public Funds In The Development Phase.
