1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Carried Out In The Design And Build Mode Entitled: Reconstruction Of Two Ponds Located In The Park. The First Residents Of Kobylnica Along With The Construction Of Accompanying Infrastructure Necessary For Their Proper Functioning.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Execution, Based On The Developed Design Documentation, Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Two Ponds Located In The Park. The First Residents Of Kobylnica Together With The Construction Of The Accompanying Infrastructure Necessary For Their Proper Functioning, In Accordance With The Construction Law, In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation) Enabling The Commencement Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz,2) Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Two Ponds Located In The Park.
