These Bidding Rules Are Formulated To Establish The Regulation Of The Acquisition Process Of “Call Emergency Endoscopic Procedures Services For La Florida Hospital”, And Regulate, Among Other Aspects, The Conditions That Offers Must Meet, The Stages Of The Bidding Process, Its Form Of Evaluation And Award, The Conditions Of The Contract, And All The Aspects Necessary For The Correct Acquisition Process. It Should Be Noted That The Service Associated With This Acquisition Must Comply With The Specifications Of These Bases. The Supplier May Not Offer Services Other Than Those Established In These Bidding Rules Or Complements Or Extras Not Contemplated In The Technical Requirements, Any Extra Offered Will Not Be Considered In The Evaluation. However, Without Prejudice To The Above, Any Extra Offered, Not Required By The Hospital, And That Cannot Be Technically Or Economically Separated From The Service To Be Acquired, It Will Be Understood That It Does Not Comply With What Was Requested And Will Give Cause For The Offer To Be Declared Inadmissible. The Requested Service, As Well As The Estimated Expenditure Amounts, Are Detailed In The Technical Bases Of Tender.
