Tenders are invited for Procurement of School Furniture - Dual Desk Closing Date: 29th July, 2024 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Procurement of School Furniture - Dual Desk Additional Information: 1. The Techiman North District Assembly in the Bono East Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of the Responsiveness Factor Grant (RFG) / District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) to cover eligible payments for the contract for the supply of the Goods (Procurement of School Furniture - Dual Desk). 2. The Supply and the Contract expected to be awarded under this IFT is BE/TeNDA/GDS/ RFG -DACF /01/24 and to be completed in Two (2) calendar months. 3. The Techiman North District Assembly hereby invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers. Interested Tenderers will be required to submit the following statutory Documents: Valid SNNIT Clearance Certificate Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate Valid Registrar Generals Registration Certificate (With evidence of current annual renewal receipt) Valid VAT Certificate Valid PPA supplier certificate 4. Tendering will be conducted under the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana and is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Tender Document. 5. Tender documents (and additional information) may be inspected and purchased at the office of the District Co-ordinating Director, Techiman North District Assembly, Tuobodom BE/R for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH500.00) starting from 12th July, 2024 on working days between the hours of 8:30am 5:00pm. 6. Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two (2%) Percent of the contract sum in the form of Bank Guarantee, Certified Cheque or Bid Bond from a reputable financial institution/reputable insurance firm. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for Tender submission.
