Request for proposals are invited for Community-Led Monitoring Implementation Support to Global Fund GC7 Grants (CLM+) The Global Fund (TGF) invites potential suppliers from sub-Saharan Africa-based civil society and community-led networks and consortia, to submit proposals to support the implementation of an investment led by the Community, Rights and Gender (CRG) Department that focuses on advancing Community-led Monitoring (CLM) programs supported by GC7 grants in a select number of sub-Saharan African countries. The implementation period for this investment is August 2024 to December 2026. Invited suppliers will support CLM+ as technical assistance providers to achieve the following objectives: 1. To strengthen technical and implementation capacities of CLM implementers and national stakeholders to use CLM data in quality improvement and assurance of HIV and TB programs. 2. To contribute to the global body of knowledge on CLM implementation, effectiveness and impact through development of technical briefs, research and peer-reviewed publications. 3. To improve learning, engagement, and coordination with the broader Global Fund Partnership, including PEPFAR, UNAIDS and Stop TB Partnership, and other country stakeholders both globally and in the region. Only amendments to the Terms and Conditions submitted as part of the Organizations proposal may be considered by the Global Fund. The reservations or amendment requests may be taken into account in the overall evaluation of the Organizations proposal. The Global Fund has no obligation to agree to these reservations or amendment requests. You should note that the following provisions of the Terms and Conditions reflect the status of the Global Fund as an international organization and Global Funds suppliers are expected to agree to these provisions: Status, Privileges and Immunities of the Global Fund; Records and Audit; Settlement of Disputes; and compliance with the Global Funds Code of Conduct for Suppliers.
