Hospital Facilities Construction Work – Construction Work (Package 2) Investment Objective Cluj Regional Emergency Hospital. The Proposed Objective, With The Function Of A Regional Emergency Hospital, Is Composed Of Two (2) Main Bodies: (I) The Hospital Body, And (Ii) The Annex Of Technical Spaces, To Which Are Added: External Landscaping (Landscaping, Roads And Platforms, External Networks) ; Heliport; Photovoltaic Park; Branches). The Body Of The Hospital Is A Partially S+P+5E+E6 Building. The 6Th Floor Is A Technical Level, Where Technical Spaces, The Helipad And Circulations For Servicing The Equipment Located On The Roof Are Located. Package 2 - The Main Works Contract Including: - The Main Building (Structure, Stairs, Insulation, Facades And Coverings, Canopies, Windows, Exterior And Interior Doors, Elevators, Fittings, Finishes And Interior Doors, Sanitary Installations And Objects, Rainwater Installations, Installations And Hvac Equipment, Interior And Architectural Lighting, Fire Detection And Extinguishing Installations, Bms, Emergency Lighting, Medical Gas Installations Structured For It Systems; Transformer Stations, Backup Generators); - Procurement And Installation Of Heavy Medical Equipment; Procurement And Installation Of Equipment In Special Areas (Laundry - Sterilization, Kitchen, Prosecutors Office); - Heliport; - Technical Annex Buildings (Foundations, Structure, Insulation, Facades And Coverings; Exterior Windows And Doors, Fittings, Finishes And Interior Doors, Own Installations (Sanitary, Rainwater, Electrical, Heating / Ventilation), Electrical Equipment, Pumping Stations, Pools And Tanks, Generators, Water And Waste Water Treatment Equipment, Thermal Plant, Medical Gas Stations); - Photovoltaic Park; - Exterior Arrangements (Permanent Fencing, Roads, Platforms, Landscaping, Irrigation, Exterior Lighting); - Design, Authorization And Execution Of Connections To Utility Networks In The Area (Water Supply; Sewerage; Natural Gas Supply; Electricity Supply; Telecommunications Connection); - Connection To The Street Network In The Area (Dn1 / E 60).
