The Contract Only Includes The Following Lot: Single Lot: Audit And Revision Of The Annual Accounts Of The University Of Luxembourg: - Implementation Of Two (2) Audits Per Year, On June 30 And December 31 Of Each Year, With Issuance Of Audit Opinions And Report To The Governing Council - Audit Of The Annual Accounts As Of December 31 - Finalization Of The Audit Work And Sign-Off Of The Annual Accounts By February 28 Of The Following Year - Intervention With The Governance Bodies In The Process Review And Approval Of The Accounts And Delivery Of The Auditors Report Before April 15 Of The Following Year - Application Of Isa Standards On Accounts Established Under Lux Gaap In Accordance With The Accounting Principles Applicable To The University And Defined By The Rectorate .
