Communications Network – Upgrade Of The Communication Connection Of The Secondary Power System Control System. Portable Telecommunication Systems Currently Used By Hops Are Based On Pdh, Sdh And Dwdm Transmission Technologies. Sdh And Dwdm Transmission Systems Are Realized By A Trunk Network Of Optical Fiber Cables, Mostly Optical Fiber Cables In The Underground Cables Of Transmission Lines (Opgw) On Transmission Lines Of 110, 220 And 400Kv Voltage Level. The Network Nodes Of The Hops Access Network Are Located In Electric Power (Ee) Plants And Are Connected To Each Other Via Pdh, Sdh And Dwdm Transmission Telecommunication Systems. By The Access Telecommunications Network Of Hops, We Mean Devices At Ee Facilities That Collect Telecommunications Traffic Within The Ee Facility And Are Connected To The Portable Telecommunications Network. The Current Solution Is Integrated In Part Of Hops Facilities With Fmx (Flexible Mutiplexor) Devices, And In Part Of Hops Facilities With Dnwp Connection Master Devices. Given Todays Requirements, Fmx Devices Have Certain Limitations. There Is No Monitoring And Control System For Fmx Devices, And The Devices Do Not Support The Requirements For New Digital And Network Interfaces. In Addition To The Above, Fmx Devices Have Been Out Of Support From Equipment Manufacturers For Several Years, Which Results In Difficult Procurement Of Spare Devices And Cards, And It Is No Longer Possible To Contract For Program Maintenance Of The Device. The Subject Of Procurement Should Be To Solve The Communication Connection Of Secondary Systems, Primarily With The Upgrade Of The Access Communication Network, All Taking Into Account The Shortcomings Of The Existing Access Network And The Existing And Future Requirements Of Network Users, As Well As The Existing And Future Configuration Of The Portable Communication Network Used By Hops.
