The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Dwdm Telecommunications Device System In The Broadband Network Of Eastern Poland - Lublin Voivodeship (Sspw-Wl), Divided Into Stages: Stage 1 - The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Existing System Of Telecommunications Devices In The Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (Dwdm) Transport Layer Of Nokia 1830 Photonic Service Switch (Pss). The Modernization In Particular Concerns The Change Of The Current Optical Architecture Of Devices To The Cdc-F Roadm (Colorless, Directionless, Contentionless - Flex Reconfigurable Optical Add/Drop Multiplexer) Topology. An Additional Goal Of The Work Is To Introduce The Generalized Multi-Protocol Label Switching (Gmpls) Functionality Into The System, Which Allows For Automatic Connection Recovery In The Event Of Multiple Failures. Moreover, The System Should Introduce Automatic Monitoring Of Optical Fibers Using Otdr (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) Technology. The Cdc-F Topology Should Be Implemented In 7 Backbone Nodes Of The Broadband Network Of Eastern Poland - Lublin Voivodeship (Sspw-Wl) Based On Irdm-20 Or Equivalent Cards. Stage 2 - The Subject Of The Order In Stage 2 Of The Procedure Is The Software Update Service For Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (Dwdm) Nokia 1830 Pss-32 Transport Layer Telecommunications Devices And The Nokia Network Functions Manager - Transport (Nfm-T) Management System Along With The Staff Training Service And Engineering Consultations. In Order To Meet The Requirements Of The Installed Software Version Regarding The Operation Of The Main Shelf Controller And Limit The Number Of Sources Of Incorrect Operation, The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed After Completion Of The Works Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Stage 1. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Complete The Subject Of The Order Within 27 Months From The Date Of Signing Contracts. 3. The Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Lublin Voivodeship. 4.
