Construction Work – Reconstruction Of Building B Úv Sr. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works On The Building Reconstruction Of Building B Úv Sr According To The Project Documentation For The Building Permit Prepared By The Responsible Designer Ing. Arch. Ľudmila Saudreau, June 2024 And According To The Business Conditions Of The Public Contracting Authority. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Order Is Given In Annex No. 6 Tender Documents – Contract For Work, In Attachment No. 7 Tender Documents – Project Documentation And In Attachment No. 8 Tender Documents - Acreage Report. The Reconstruction Proposal Is Processed In The Form Of A Project For A Building Permit With The Proposed Scope Of Modifications: Insulation Of The Facade, Replacement Of Fillings Of The Structural Openings Of The Facade, Reconstruction Of The Roof Including Skylights And Reconstruction Of The Terrace. The Purpose Of The Renovation Is To Achieve An Improvement In The Energy Efficiency Of The Building With Classification Into The Highest Possible Energy Class With An Impact On Reducing The Carbon Footprint. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Engineering Activities In The Scope Of Ensuring Approval Procedures And Issuing A Valid Approval Decision/Decision For The Completed Construction. Part Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Also The Creation, Provision And Delivery Of: A) Documentation Of The Actual Implementation Of The Construction, At Least In The Scope And Content Specified In Annex No. 6 Of The Unika 2024 Tariff In Four (4) Copies In Printed Form (Clean Copy) And In Two (2) Copies On Cd/Dvd Digital Media In .Pdf Format, As Well As In Rewritable Form In .Dwg Format (Drawings), Word (Text ), Or Also Excel. The Contractor Shall Provide The Documentation For The Acceptance Procedure For The Part At His Own Expense, B) A Manual For The Use Of The Building, Equipment, Maintenance Order (Maintenance Manual) And Technical Conditions For The Maintenance And Repair Of All Installed Equipment, Principles Of Planned Periodic Maintenance Performance In Order To Prevent Premature Wear (Necessary Scope, Periodicity Of Works, Work Procedures, Authorizations, Others), C) Relevant Documents - In Particular Audit Reports, Warranty Letters, Certificates, Attestations, Measurements Of The Intensity Of External Lighting, Waste Disposal Protocols, Confirmations Of Successful Completion Of Acceptance Tests And Technical Inspections , Minutes And Certificates Of Tests Of Materials Used, Minutes Of Inspection Of Works And Constructions In The Course Of Covered Works, Documents Of Functional Tests Performed, Initial Revision Reports Of Electrical Equipment, Construction Diaries, Confirmation Of Conformity, D) Valid Approval Decision For The Part.
