The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded In This Dns Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Preparation, Promotion, Provision And Evaluation Of Events/Actions For The Purpose Of Promoting The Just Transformation Operational Program, Primarily In The Karlovy Vary, Ústí And Moravian-Silesian Regions. As Part Of These Events/Actions, The Selected Supplier Will Ensure The Preparation, Promotion And Execution Of Model Actions And Their Evaluation In Connection With The Central Activities Of The Campaign. Preparation Means Securing Appropriate Permits, Finding And Renting Suitable Premises, Technical Facilities (Sound System, Lighting, Internet Connection, Equipment For Live-Streaming, Etc.), Indoor Or Outdoor Furniture (Party Tents, Tables, Chairs And Others Depending On The Event), Catering/Refreshments (Food, Drinks According To The Specifications Of The Event) And Other Related Services Necessary For The Performance Of The Event (E.G. Staffing: Hostesses, Technicians, Catering Staff, Security, Administration Associated With Registrations). The Requirements For The Scope Of The Subject Of Performance And The Place Of Implementation Of The Public Contract Will Always Be Specified Within A Specific Call According To Four Basic Model Events: 1. Large Regional Event - A Significant Outdoor/Indoor Event For More Than 150 Participants With Full Provision Of The Entire Event On Site. 2. An Event Connected To An Existing Visitor-Attractive Event, In The Form Of A Stand Presentation And Own Activity Within Another Event. 3.Hybrid Event - Provision Of An Online Conference.
