Request for proposals are invited for Quality Assurance Services The purpose of this RFP is to: Select a pool of approved suppliers to undertake a large scope of quality assurance, quality control and risk management services on health products and to support implementation of Global Fund Quality Assurance Requirements. The selected suppliers will provide Quality Assurance Services to: o The Global Fund, o The Global Drug Facility (GDF), and o The Global Fund Principal Recipients (PRs), as and when needed. Share the conclusion of the RFP with other international partners including but not limited to WHO, UNICEF, UNDP, with the objective to increase (1) harmonization of activities between partners, (2) standardization of processes and procedures and, (3) cost efficiency through the pooling of activities and sharing of results. The purpose of this RFP remains in line with the main driving principle of Global Fund QA policies which is to consider and take best benefit of existing mechanisms around the globe which provide assurance of quality, safety and efficacy or performance of health products.
