The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Maintenance And Carrying Out Of Small Miscellaneous Works And Adaptation Of The Installations Of The Operational Support Unit, Upper Part, The Synoptic Equipment, And The Rearmament Systems Of The Fire Safety System Of The Terminals T2abcd, Terminal 1, Terminal 3, Mn Modules, Terminals 2F, 2E, 2G, S3 And S4 At Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport. The Contract Holders Missions Will Be To Guarantee Optimal Availability Of The Functionalities Of The Operational Support Unit, The Durability Of The Equipment And The Assurance Of Being Able To Restore The Application At Any Time And To Implement Quality Maintenance Based On A Methodology Respecting The Rules Of Art, Maintaining The Skills Of Its Agents And The Speed Of Its Interventions. The Operations Delegated To The Contract Holder Are Primarily Maintenance Operations Including: • It Backups, • Preventive Maintenance Of Equipment, • Corrective Maintenance (Repairs Or Replacement Of Defective Equipment And Correction Of Software Anomalies), • Software Publisher Contracts, • Software Updates, • Any Penalties And Technical Assistance. • Writing Intervention Reports • Writing Annual Maintenance Reports Secondly, Various Small Work Operations Known As Adaptations Such As: • Work On Hardware And Software, • Migration Or Major Version Upgrades, • Supplies Equipment, • Study Days On Specific Applications. The Holder Permanently Maintains An Advisory Role Vis-À-Vis The Prescriber In Order To Inform The Latter Of The Adaptations Allowing The System To Be Kept In A Perfect State Of Scalability.
