Backrest: In Black Canvas, It Consists Of A Frame That Is Manufactured In Abs, Using The Thermoplastic Injection Process, While The Structure Of The Backrest Is Manufactured In Engineering Thermoplastic (Polypropylene Copolymer) Reinforced With Fiberglass. It Has Approximate Dimensions Of 460 Mm Wide By 550 Mm High.•3 D Arm: Armrest With Three Types Of Adjustment, Being Height, Horizontal Advancement And Rotation On Its Own Axis. It Has 70 Mm Of Travel For Height Adjustment, Arranged In Seven Defined Positions, 22 Mm For Horizontal Adjustment And Swivel Adjustment Allows 24” Of Rotation In Each Direction. • Pu Casters: Consisting Of Two Circular Pulleys, In The Size Of 55 Mm In Diameter. • Aluminum Base: The Assembly Is Manufactured From Aluminum Alloy Material Using The Pressure Injection Process And Subjected To A Surface Pre-Thinning Process Using The Sanding Process. • Gas Column – Consists Of A Body Cylindrical So-Called Chamber, Manufactured With Precision Mechanical Construction Tube Made Of 1008/1020 Carbon Steel With An External Measurement Of 50 Mm. • Back Plax Plus Mechanism: Made Of 1010/1020 Steel With A Body Predominantly Developed In 2.65 Mm Thick Sheets . The Mechanism Receives A Metallic Surface Preparation Protection And Electrostatic Epoxy Powder Coating, Which Guarantees Protection And A Longer Lifespan For The Product.•Eco Leather Seat: In Black, The Set Is Made Up Of 12 Mm Thick Multi-Laminated Wooden Plywood. The Structure Contains Four Fixed Sliders, Designed To Keep The Base Resting On The Floor And Mainly To Avoid Direct Contact Between The Metal And The Supporting Surface. The Sliders Are Manufactured From Engineering Thermoplastic Material Known As Polypropylene, Using The Injection Process. • Seat: Set Made Up Of 12 Mm Thick Multi-Laminated Plywood. It Has Claw Nuts Inserted Into The Wood Mounting Points, Made Of Carbon Steel And Coated Using The Zinc Electroplating Process. An Ergonomic And Flexible Foam Cushion Based On Polyurethane (Pu) Is Attached To The Seat Structure, Manufactured Using Chemical Systems Based On Polyol/Isocyanate Using The Pressure Injection Process. Its Dimensions Are Approximately 500 Mm Wide And 450 Mm Deep, With Rounded Corners At Its Ends. The Seat Also Has A Plastic Shield Manufactured Using The Thermoplastic Injection Process.
