Public-Service Buses – Delivery Of Low-Emission M3 Class Ii Intercity Buses With Hybrid Drive To Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej W Konin S.A.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 13 Pieces Of Brand New, Identical, Low-Emission Intercity Buses Of The M3 Class Ii Category With A Hybrid Drive, With A Length Of Up To 12.50 M, A Width Of Up To 2.55 M And A Total Height Of No More Than 3.5 M. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Implementation Conditions Are Also Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. Pursuant To Art. 101(4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Swz By Means Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires That The Order Be Completed Within The Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract To March 31, 2026. The Above Does Not Affect The Possibility Of Exercising The Rights Arising From The Contract After The Deadline Referred To In Section 1, As Well As The Possibility Of Extending The Order Execution Period By Amending The Contract. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Order Will Be Implemented In Two Tranches: - 1St Tranche - Until December 31, 2025. In The Amount Of 6 Buses - 2Nd Tranche - Until March 31, 2026. – 7 Buses.
