The Swing Bridge Over The Gouwe In Alphen Aan Den Rijn (Gouwsluis Bridge) Is Located On The Alphen Aan Den Rijn – Woerden Railway Line, Near Km 15.8. The Substructure Of The Gouwsluis Bridge Is In Such A Condition That It Needs To Be Replaced. This Concerns The Substructure Of The Railway Bridge, The Bridge Structure (Steel) Of Which Is Double-Track But Is Operated On A Single Track. The Unused Part Of The Bridge Functions As A Passing Path. The Braking Works, The Movement Work And The Bridge Installations Also Need To Be Replaced, With The Bridge Being Operated Remotely From Rotterdam (During The Day) And Zwolle (Night). The Existing Bridge Will Be Retained. The Scope Of This Project Is Divided Into 2 Contracts: 1. Realization Of Replacement Of The Substructure Of The Gouwsluis Alphen A/D Rijn Bridge (Main Contract) 2. Management Supply Of The Lifting Cylinder. This Contract Is Being Put Out To Tender Separately On Multiple Occasions. The Parcel Arrangement As Included In Article 3.16A Of The Public Procurement Act Is Invoked. See Short Description
