Laboratory, Optical And Precision Equipments (Excl. Glasses) – A Semi-Automatic Probe Station For The Nanoelectronic Devices Laboratory (Nanolab). Epfl Intends To Acquire A Semi-Automated Probe Station For Its Nanoelectronic Devices Laboratory (Nanolab) At The Faculty School Of Engineering (Sti). The Facility Is Dedicated To Cutting-Edge Research In Electronic Materials And Devices For Information Processing And Storage, As Well As Energy-Efficient Sensors. In View Of The Needs Of Epfl And The Specific Scientific Goals Of Its Nanolab, The Focus Is Placed On The Following Research Areas: • Analysis Of The Electrical Conductivity Of Functional Dielectrics, Ferroelectrics And Phase Change Materials In The Application-Relevant Temperature Range Of -40°C - +200°C • Characterization Of Electronic Devices Including Field Effect Transistors, Memristors, Sensor Elements And Electrical Circuits.
