During The Implementation Of The Dbr, The Tenderer Is The Cxliii Of 2015 On Public Procurement. Act (Hereinafter: Kbt.) § 107, Paragraph (2), Makes Available To Dbr Participants The Exact Technical Description And Detailed Contractual Conditions For The Specific Public Procurements To Be Implemented In The System At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent. Tenderer Is The Kbt.
