The Physical Object Of The Sub-Project Upgrading The Existing Irrigation System With The Development Of An Integrated Remote Management-Telemetric System And Irrigation Optimization, In The Municipality Of Karditsas Concerns The System Of Gathering Information, Supervisory Control, Automation, Management And Intervention In The Operation Of The Network From The Following Places : 1. The System Of Gathering Information, Supervisory Control, Automation, Management And Intervention In The Operation Of The Network Consisting Of The Following Parts: - Thirty One (31) Local Control Stations (Lcs). - Smart Irrigation Systems - One (1) Central Control Station (Csc) The Csc Will Include The Installation Of A Scada Central Control System That Aims To Gather All Data From The Local Facilities And Their Overall Processing For The Purpose Of Energy Management Of The System, Immediate And Global Presentation Of Water Balances, Data Analysis For Stock Management, Strategy Formulation, Demand Forecasting, Decision Support And Water Resources Operating Rules. 2. Communications Network For The Telecommunication Of The Local Control Stations And The Local Drilling Monitoring Stations With The Kse Consisting Of The Necessary Communication Hardware And Software. There Will Be A Test Operation Of The Overall System As Well As Its Uninterrupted And Problem-Free Operation For A Period Of Two (2) Months, From The Date Of Its Commissioning And On A Twenty-Four-Hour Basis, With Simultaneous Observance Of The Control, Measurement And Maintenance Programs, Which Will Be Delivered Finally, The Service Includes Training Of The Services Personnel During The 2-Month Trial Period, In The Operation, Maintenance, Repairs, Etc. Of The Supply And The Provision Of The Corresponding Complete Programs, Books, Manuals, Spare Parts Lists And Instructions For The Correct, Orderly And Long-Term Operation Of The System. Detailed Information And Specifications Of The Items And Materials To Be Supplied, As Well As Their Integration Work, Are Described In The Technical Description And Technical Specifications Issues. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To Two Million One Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Six Hundred And Eighty-Three Euros (€2,197,683.00) Including Vat.
