(V. 25.) For Institutions That Fall Under The Scope Of Government Decree Or Join Voluntarily. The Tenderer Operates The Second, Bidding Stage, And The Third Stage Of The Dbr On The Centralized Public Procurement Portal (Hereinafter: Portal) As An Electronic Process, Where All Communication Takes Place Electronically. Quantity: Approx. Based On Section 18 (2), The Estimated Maximum Total Value Of The Contracts To Be Concluded During The Entire Duration Of The Dbr: Huf 25,000,000,000 Net. The Expected Maximum Size Of Each Contract Is Huf 67,000,000 Net. Planned Product Categories: 1. Purchase Of Orthopedic Hand Tools 2. Purchase Of General Surgical Hand Tools 3. Purchase Of Gynecological Hand Tools 4. Purchase Of Pediatric Surgical Hand Tools 5. Purchase Of Urological Hand Tools 6. Purchase Of Neurosurgery Hand Tools 7. Tracking Systems The Devices Must Comply With Din 58298 (Teil 1-18) Regarding Quality And Product Construction And Din 7153-1 Or Equivalent Standards Regarding Manufacturing Materials. The Devices Must Comply With The European Medical Devices Mdr 2017/745 Or An Equivalent Standard. The Labeling Of The Devices Should Meet The Gs1 Unique Device Identification System (Udi) Globally Harmonized Framework And Good Practice Requirements. The Unique Identifier-Based Device And Process Monitoring And Tracking System Should Handle Markings And Data Content That Meet Gs1 Udi Requirements, And Should Be Compatible With Other Systems To Be Developed According To This Framework. In The Public Procurement Documents, The Tenderer Describes The Technical Content For The Procurement Of Which He Wishes To Create A Dbr. During The Implementation Of The Dbr, The Tenderer Is The Cxliii Of 2015 On Public Procurement. Act (Hereinafter: Kbt.) Section 107 (2) Makes The Precise Technical Description And Detailed Contractual Conditions For The Specific Public Procurements To Be Implemented In The System Available To Those Participating In The Dbr At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent. Tenderer Is The Kbt. On The Basis Of § 107, Paragraph (2), It Reserves The Possibility, During The Implementation Of The Dbr, At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent, For The Specific Procurement Requirement Contained In It - Depending On The Subject Matter And Nature Of The Specific Public Procurement - To Define A Partial Tender Option In The Invitation To Tender . The Public Procurement Documents Contain All The Necessary Information Related To The Operation Of The Dbr, The Electronic Devices Used And The Technical Rules And Description Of The Connection. All Applicants Who Meet The Eligibility Criteria Will Be Admitted To The Dbr, The Number Of Applicants To Be Invited To Tender Is Not Limited
