General Procurement Supply of hydro-mechanical equipment Notice for Hydro Generation Rehabilitation Programme Project Project Description: Ukrhydroenergo Public Joint Stock Company, managing major part of hydro generation facilities in Ukraine, received loan financing from European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and European Investment Bank (EIB) for the rehabilitation of most of its hydro power stations. The proposed Project, which had a total initial estimated cost of EUR 380 million (without VAT) will require the procurement of the following remaining contracts: EBRD and EIB funding: - HMEC: Supply of hydro-mechanical equipment - Lot 1: Supply of one gantry crane, associated equipment and related services for Kremenchuk HPP; and Lot 2: Supply of two gantry cranes, associated equipment and related services for Dnipro HPP. EIB funding: - TRF1: Supply of 110-154 kV current transformers (57 pcs.) and 110-330 kV voltage transformers (26 pcs.), associated equipment and related services for Kyiv HPP, Kaniv HPP, Kremenchuk HPP, Seredniodniprovska HPP and Dnipro-2 HPP - HMEG1: Supply of hydro-mechanical equipment for Kyiv HPP (one upstream gantry crane and a catching beam, and provision of related services) - HMEG-D: Supply of hydro-mechanical equipment for Dnipro HPP - Lot 1: Supply of three turbine hall gantries for Dnipro-1 HPP and provision of related services; and Lot 2: Supply of one tailrace gantry for Dnipro-1 HPP and provision of related services. Other Information Contract HMEC: Supply of hydro-mechanical equipment will be subject to the Banks Procurement Policies and Rules and is open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents. The following contracts to be financed solely from the EIB loan shall be subject to the EIB Guide to Procurement (https://www.eib.org/en/publications/guide-to-procurement) and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents: - TRF1: Supply of 110-154 kV current transformers (57 pcs.) and 110-330 kV voltage transformers (26 pcs.), associated equipment and related services for five hydro-power plants; - HMEG1: Supply of hydro-mechanical equipment for Kyiv HPP - HMEG-D: Supply of hydro-mechanical equipment for Dnipro HPP Procurement under this project will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP).
